3x3Hub, registered address in Madrid, Spain.

3x3Hub is a 3x3 basketball tournament management platform that allows you to create, organize, and share tournaments. The service includes a mobile app and a public website.

To use the service, you must create an account with accurate information. You must be at least 14 years old.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

You can delete your account at any time from the app (My Account → Data Management) or by emailing hola@3x3hub.com.

3x3Hub is currently in its beta phase. This means:

— The service is under active development and changes to features, design, or data structure may occur.

— Although data is stored in a production environment, errors or interruptions typical of a product in beta testing may occur.

— 3x3Hub does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability during the beta.

— Users who organize at least one completed tournament during the beta phase will receive the Pro Plan for free and permanently once the beta ends.

— The beta phase runs from the initial app launch until its official publication on the app stores (App Store and Google Play).

— 3x3Hub reserves the right to define the exact conditions of the transition from beta to production.

During the beta phase, all users have free access to the Pro Plan. No charges are made.

Once the beta ends, 3x3Hub will offer a Free plan and a Pro subscription plan (monthly or annual).

Cancellation will stop future renewals and keep Pro access active until the end of the paid billing period.

Except where legally required, or in cases of billing error, duplicate charge, or serious technical failure attributable to 3x3Hub, refunds will not be provided for started billing periods.

Use of the service for the following is prohibited:

— Illegal or fraudulent activities.

— Distribution of offensive or discriminatory content.

— Unauthorized access attempts to the system.

— Unauthorized commercial use of the platform.

There is no general obligation to proactively monitor all user-published content.

We may remove content and suspend accounts when there are reasonable signs of legal or contractual violations.

All 3x3Hub content (design, code, brand, graphics) is the property of 3x3Hub. Tournament data generated by users belongs to the users.

3x3Hub is not responsible for:

— Service interruptions due to external causes.

— Data loss resulting from misuse.

— Decisions made based on platform data.

— Interruptions caused by force majeure or outages of third-party providers outside our reasonable control.

The platform may integrate third-party services (analytics, authentication). Each service is governed by its own privacy policies and terms.

We reserve the right to modify these terms. We will publish the updated version on this page with the new date. Continued use of the service after publication implies acceptance of the changes.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any disputes, the parties submit to the courts of Madrid.
