We do not store your full card number in our systems.

When an organizer uses the platform to manage tournament data, 3x3Hub may act as a data processor on the organizer's behalf.

Some of our service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In these cases, appropriate safeguards exist, such as the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

We retain your data while your account is active. After account deletion, we remove or anonymize data when applicable, unless legal retention obligations apply.

Billing and payment records are kept for the periods required by tax, accounting, and legal claim defense obligations.
